New (hopefully working) firmware paradigm

Move to the new cmake compilation/src folderstructure/linker/etc., overwriting previous setups. Have a new folder and file structure changes to asm and linker scripts tofix linking etc. and reduce firmware size. Rewritten libs to only include what is needed and change some functions etc.
